Safety is our top priority. All our vehicles are regularly maintained and equipped with first aid kits, communication devices, and emergency supplies. Our guides are trained in first aid and emergency response. For Kilimanjaro treks, we carry portable oxygen, conduct daily health checks, and maintain conservative ascent profiles to prevent altitude sickness.
Recommended vaccinations include: Yellow Fever (required if arriving from a Yellow Fever endemic country), Hepatitis A and B, Typhoid, Tetanus, and Meningitis. Malaria prophylaxis is also recommended. We advise consulting with a travel clinic or your doctor at least 4-6 weeks before your trip for personalized medical advice based on your health history and travel plans.
Our cancellation policy varies by tour type and timing. Generally, cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Between 60-30 days, we refund 50%, and within 30 days, refunds are not typically provided. However, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Full policy details are provided at booking.
